With the exams coming to a close and the summer approching it seemed time for an end-of-semester post.
Most importantly, around the time of my last post Team Fortress 2 was released. It is just full of awesome, ub3r, roflz. Get it now. Get the Orange Box now. pwn it up. With the current exchange rate to the US this package is an absolute bargain. Portal and TF2 alone are hours upon hours of fun.
In other news, the CSESoc elections are over, we were victorious! Thankyou all for voting, and keep an eye on the CSESoc website for updates on what we’ll be donig next year. Those of you in CSE may have noticed that Sam and Adam have launched the first three issues of ‘Beta‘, the first CSE student run newsletter. They’re promising free BBQs with every release, so be sure to hang around the John Lions Garden at lunchtime on Mondays
